President of Instituto de Crédito Oficial (ICO) 

José Carlos García de Quevedo has worked as Executive Director of Invest in Spain for ICEX, España Exportación e Inversiones, where he was in charge of attracting and promoting foreign direct investment in Spain and drawing in international financing for new investment projects. His previous responsibilities also included those as General Director of Trade and Investment at the Secretary of State for Trade in the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness; Chief Economic and Trade Counselor at the Permanent Representation of Spain to the European Union in Brussels and General Director of Insurance and Pension Funds at the Ministry of Economy and Finance. He is the current President of ICO (Instituto de Crédito Oficial).
