Elisa Carbonell
Holds a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid.
Madrid and has been a member of the Cuerpo Superior de Técnicos Comerciales y Economistas del Estado since 2007.
She has extensive experience in the field of internationalisation. Among the positions she has held are those of Chief Economic and Commercial Counsellor at the Spanish Embassy in Colombia from 2015 to 2020, Head of International Affairs in the cabinets of two Secretaries of State for the Economy and two Ministers of Economy, and Deputy Assistant Director of Legislation and Financial Policy at the General Secretariat of the Treasury.
She has taken courses and workshops in areas such as new trends in public management (Oxford University), technology and entrepreneurship (MIT) and team leadership (ESADE).
