Por ello, el foro Spain Investors Day (SID), en su XIV edici\u00f3n,\u00a0ha organizado la mesa\u00a0redonda\u00a0\u201cEl papel de los grandes inversores en el desarrollo de la econom\u00eda espa\u00f1ola\u201d,\u00a0en la que un panel de los principales directivos de fondos de inversi\u00f3n y expertos financieros analiz\u00f3 los retos y oportunidades de la econom\u00eda actual. La principal cuesti\u00f3n que resaltaron la mayor\u00eda fue la necesidad de que la legislaci\u00f3n y la fiscalidad fueran \u201cpredecibles y estables\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Para <strong>Jaime Siles, executive director de IFM<\/strong>, uno de los principales retos a los que se enfrenta Espa\u00f1a es el problema demogr\u00e1fico. En concreto, destac\u00f3 la importancia de medidas que fomenten la natalidad, ya que el crecimiento demogr\u00e1fico va intr\u00ednseco al crecimiento econ\u00f3mico. Asimismo, Siles analiz\u00f3 el negativo desempe\u00f1o del M&amp;A en el pasado 2023, donde compradores y vendedores \u201cno lograban ponerse de acuerdo en el precio\u201d y apost\u00f3 por la reducci\u00f3n en \u201cla brecha de precios\u201d para lograr cerrar acuerdos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enrique de Leyva, socio fundador de MAGNUM CAPITAL<\/strong>, destac\u00f3 el \u201cgran potencial de crecimiento\u201d de las empresas espa\u00f1olas, el cual supera al de los pa\u00edses de su entorno y, adem\u00e1s tiene un historial de retornos de inversi\u00f3n muy relevante. A pesar de ello, Leyva se\u00f1al\u00f3 que Espa\u00f1a puede aspirar a competir con pa\u00edses como Reino Unido o Pa\u00edses Bajos en el mercado de capitales, pero el inconveniente es que \u201cla regulaci\u00f3n y la fiscalidad cambian demasiado\u201d y solicit\u00f3 mayor \u201cestabilidad y predictibilidad\u201d regulatoria para hacer el pa\u00eds m\u00e1s \u201camable\u201d que invite a la inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En esta misma l\u00ednea,<strong> Juan Mar\u00eda Nin, presidente de ITP Aero y senior advisor de BAIN CAPITAL<\/strong>, coment\u00f3 la importancia de que \u201cla legalidad sea clara y sin sorpresas\u201d, ya que Espa\u00f1a es \u201cun pa\u00eds atractivo para la inversi\u00f3n\u201d, y destac\u00f3 \u201cla estabilidad\u201d como clave para favorecer el crecimiento. \u201cEspa\u00f1a tiene algunas diferencias con los pa\u00edses de su entorno\u201d que menoscaban sus capacidades, como la escasa liquidez, por lo que invit\u00f3 a crear un entorno \u201cm\u00e1s favorable para la inversi\u00f3n y la atracci\u00f3n de capital\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Los inversores han conocido, de primera mano, los desaf\u00edos y compromisos a los que se enfrenta Espa\u00f1a en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os, as\u00ed como los sectores que mejor desempe\u00f1o tendr\u00e1n en el medio plazo, como las energ\u00edas renovables, la automoci\u00f3n y las bater\u00edas o biofarmac\u00e9utico, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cToda actividad relacionada con las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas tendr\u00e1n especial importancia en 2024\u201d, avanz\u00f3 <strong>Jos\u00e9 Luis Curbelo, presidente de COFIDES<\/strong>. \u201cEstas nuevas tecnolog\u00edas ser\u00e1n las que van a cambiar la forma de la Uni\u00f3n Europea\u201d y ser\u00e1n unas de las grandes receptoras de fondos en este ejercicio.
