Por ello, el foro Spain Investors Day (SID), en su XIV edici\u00f3n,\u00a0organiz\u00f3 la mesa\u00a0redonda \u201cEstrategia y Gesti\u00f3n de los factores ESG en tiempos de transformaci\u00f3n\u201d. Los ponentes coincidieron en que Espa\u00f1a est\u00e1 atravesando un proceso de transformaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica con la irrupci\u00f3n de la Inteligencia Artificial, y que ello debe estar alineado con los objetivos europeos por la sostenibilidad de los modelos de negocio empresariales.<\/p>\n<p>Fernando Ruiz, presidente de SERES, moder\u00f3 la mesa redonda, con la participaci\u00f3n de Javier Hernani, CEO de BME; Jos\u00e9 D. Bogas, CEO de ENDESA; Jos\u00e9 Carlos Garc\u00eda de Quevedo, presidente del ICO; y Josep Oliu, presidente de BANCO SABADELL, quienes analizaron los criterios ESG que sus respectivas compa\u00f1\u00edas e instituciones han implementado o est\u00e1n implementando, en un contexto de incertidumbre econ\u00f3mica y social por la guerra de Ucrania, la subida de los tipos de inter\u00e9s, la trayectoria alcista de la inflaci\u00f3n y la evoluci\u00f3n de las materias primas.<\/p>\n<p>Para <strong>Jos\u00e9 D. Bogas, Consejero Delegado de ENDESA<\/strong>, la situaci\u00f3n es clara: \u201cLos inversores se est\u00e1n fijando mucho en la transformaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica hacia un sistema energ\u00e9tico m\u00e1s sostenible\u201d. Adem\u00e1s, tambi\u00e9n a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que, las empresas, \u201cdeben de ser competitivas para sus clientes y rentables para el inversor, y la sostenibilidad es un factor clave si quieren sobrevivir en el mundo del futuro\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Para <strong>Josep Oliu, presidente de BANCO SABADELL<\/strong>, el valor de los criterios ESG reside en \u201csu anticipaci\u00f3n ante los nuevos riesgos. En esto, el papel de la banca es fundamental, y debemos contemplar a las empresas desde dos \u00f3pticas: el riesgo financiero y tambi\u00e9n desde el punto de vista clim\u00e1tico. Debemos buscar planes de financiaci\u00f3n para que todos juntos andemos el camino que tenemos que recorrer\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Para que las empresas puedan adaptarse a la nueva era de la sostenibilidad,<strong> Jos\u00e9 Carlos Garc\u00eda de Quevedo, presidente del ICO<\/strong>, asegur\u00f3 que \u201cla colaboraci\u00f3n p\u00fablico-privada es fundamental, y no debemos olvidar a las start-ups y pymes. Hay que ser conscientes de que la mayor\u00eda de las empresas son peque\u00f1as y tenemos que poner esfuerzos en asegurar que tambi\u00e9n ellos puedan transicionar a un modelo de negocio verde y sostenible\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, <strong>Javier Hernani, CEO de BME<\/strong>, destac\u00f3 que \u201clos inversores, cuando buscan oportunidades de inversi\u00f3n, quieren ver que lo que hacen las empresas en el \u00e1mbito de la sostenibilidad es real.
