Asociados, where he worked from September 1999 to May 2004.<\/p><p>In the public enterprise sector, he served as the General Director of the Center for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI) from July 2004 to May 2010, and as Executive Vice President (CEO) of Ingenier\u00eda de Sistemas para la Defensa de Espa\u00f1a (ISDEFE) from May 2010 to February 2012. He was also Chairman of the Council of the European Space Agency (ESA) from July 2008 to June 2010.<\/p><p>In the private sector, at Banco Sabadell, he was Director of Asset and Prudential Management from June 2016 to October 2017 and Director of Prudential Regulation and Public Policy from November 2017 to July 2018.<\/p><p>Additionally, he served as a Member of Parliament and spokesperson for the Socialist Parliamentary Group in the Parliament of Catalonia from December 2012 to October 2015.<\/p><p>In the academic field, he has been an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at Carlos III University of Madrid.<\/p><p>He has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Aena S.M.E., S.A. since July 16, 2018.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Maurici Lucena Chairman and CEO of AENA SME, S.A.
