Two years later, he was appointed Managing Partner of Consulting at the Spanish company, which he holds until 2021.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Fl\u00f3rez has led consulting projects for great Spanish banks, including, in particular, the following types of projects: strategic plans, M&amp;A, business diversification and international expansion, growth acceleration plans, performance improvement programmes and organisational advisory services.
