Macarena Gutiérrez
Macarena Gutiérrez is a finance executive with extensive experience in general management, corporate finance and business strategy. She has been CEO of Atlantic Copper since April 2025, having previously served as Managing Director and, for more than 27 years, as Chief Financial Officer of the company.
She holds a degree in Business Studies from Villanueva University and has received management training from IESE Business School, where she completed the Executive Development Programme (PDD) and the Women on Boards Programme. She began her professional career at Deloitte, in the area of auditing and consulting for industrial and construction companies.
Throughout her career at Atlantic Copper, she has led multidisciplinary teams with responsibility for financing and treasury, planning and control, accounting and reporting in international SEC environments, taxation, information systems and communication. Her experience includes the definition and implementation of corporate strategies, company valuation and the development of financial models.
Since 2022, she has also been an Independent Director of the DKV Group. Her profile combines a solid financial vision with executive leadership, a results-oriented approach and a strong commitment to building professional teams to achieve common goals.
