Cristina Henríquez de Luna
Cristina Henríquez de Luna holds a degree in Economics and Business Studies from the Universidad Pontifica de Comillas (ICADE).
She has extensive international experience in finance and management. For more than two decades, she developed her career at Procter & Gamble, holding positions of responsibility in Europe and America, until reaching the position of Vice President of Finance for Western Europe.
In May 2010, she joined GSK’s European Executive Committee as Chief Financial Officer for Europe. In March 2014, she was appointed Chair and Chief Executive Officer of GSK Farma España, also taking on the management of operations in Portugal and Israel.
Since then, she has led the company’s strategy in the Iberian market and Israel, combining her financial expertise, corporate vision and commitment to health, innovation and sustainability. Her management has driven investment in R&D, vaccines and medicines development, and a strong commitment to a corporate culture focused on people and well-being.
Cristina is recognised for her innovative leadership, focused on bringing together science, technology and talent to stay ahead of diseases. Her professional career spans the consumer and pharmaceutical sectors, with specialisation in corporate management, finance, commercial operations and organisational management on an international scale.
